Does anyone know of non jacket clothing with short sizes(for example 40S(50s or 50c EU)?

Does Anybody know brands that make for example knitwear in short sizes? If not stated short sizedare to be found, recommendations for brands that make shorter sleeves and lengths are appreciated.

They're not necessarily marked as short, but Rubato's knits are shorter in length for a vintage look. If you need the sleeves shortened, you may be able to get that done through certain alteration tailors. Depending on their design and how you want the seam to be finished, knits can be altered.
