How does one eat food in a manner that is not deliberate? The four or whatever spiders per year that the average person ingests while sleeping?
Please explain.
What more to say? I eat five-six meals a day, ~ 6a, 9a, Noon, 3p, 6p, 9p... contents vary depending on my current workout regimen and diet. Protein in every meal... a pretty typical approach for those focused on fitness.
