Yet another reason why bodybuilding.com is so lame. Here's a picture from their article on symmetry:

Does anyone know who she is?

Nicky Whelan, an Australian TV actress. That's her best photoshoot that I've seen.

You want me to shatter your belief in a benevolent universe RIGHT NOW? She was apparently dating David Spade for a while.

David.

Spade.

That's.... disheartening.

How in the bloody did David Spade ever get a woman like that?

I have a sudden desire to move to Australia.

David Spade is apparently really good with women, and he is a regular at the Playboy Mansion.

According to this, with my 5.75" wrist, I need a 26" waist. I didn't know concentration camp survivor was an ideal look. I'm quite happy at 30".

I have a 6.5in wrist. According to that calculator I need to gain like 10" on my chest. ****.

Also, that kid looks like he got the memo about "Skinny being the new Jacked"

This all looks like a crock of ****. What the hell does the size of your wrist have to do with anything? I happen to be thin boned, which gives me skinny wrists and smallish hands. So that means I'd look best with a 27" waist and fitting size XS t-shirts? piss off.

using wrist size to determine ideal measurements for the rest of your body just seems so laughably arbitrary.
