Agree. Fine for a fall weekend or other casual activity. It appears to be of the same ilk as a tweed (country) suit . I don't see anything "wrong" with it.

BTW, the greatness of cord suits lies in their flexibility. Pants and jacket are easily worn individually with other garments. You can even wear the vest in casual jeans get-up. This suit is more versatile, even given it's color, than most, if not all, wool suits. Stilmacher I'll give you $100 for it since you think it looks so out of place.

I think it's the color that kills it for me.

A three piece corduroy suit sounds amazing, but in that ugly orange-tan color? Yuck.
