Last time I went there was for a suit for my prom. I will never be able to comprehend how a salesman can act like he's such a big shot when he's paid, what, 12 bucks an hour? Never going there again.

Hey, I was looking for some Oliver People's and was wondering if anyone knew if I can find the black Abrams anywhere in MontreaL?? I don't feel like going through each store and check out if they have that model.

I'm talking about these, if anyone wanted a picture.

Thanks!

didnt check but the store seemed full, sales started today I think. It's not as crazy as boxing day.
Went straight to JW and took the coat directly, was lurking it for months. Shirts from JW were gone though... Headed back to work with a smile

I went with a classic:

Damn you got the yellow model? I had my eye on it since I tried it at u&i. At simons they still have coats, one from mackintosh as well (the white with camo in the hood). Discount was -50% so I'm pretty happy about it. As for the blazer, sadly, not. They have the olive one that I wanted as well but not in my size anymore... (discounted at -40%) Might post fit pic of all my recent stuff (including two junya and two pair of CPs

).

Not in MTL anymore and I didn't get a chance to drop by Simons since the first Junya drop. What else is in there right now Junya-wise, you remember?

and a few other stuff.
Kinda too lazy to hit the laval store, where all the douchebags let the JW stuff for sure.
Can't even think about the quebec one, where JW must be safe as well

Pretty much everything at -50 or -40

Thanks for the heads up Mesta. Do they really carry junya at the Laval location.

Dropped by yesterday evening, picked up the light grey wool blazer in S and the red stripe dress shirt in S. My friend copped the cream Macintosh coat with camo lining in S and managed to hustle an extra 100$ off (500$) because these was some "dirt" on it (which cleaned off super easily, of course). Seems actually pretty easy to negotiate further discounts if you see anything even slightly off. Took very little effort actually, and the "manager" was no older than like 19-20 lol... Pretty much all the raincoats have a little dirt on them, so may be easy to get an additional discount. They also have the cropped levis denim and chinos in multiple sizes and a short sleeve red seersucker shirt.

I also asked if they kept any of those white junya hangers and the SA told me they destroy all the hangers for all designers they get and use the standard Simons hangers for everything. Damn.

Noticed they are carrying Balmain now (atrocious). Might go back this weekend as I didn't have much time to browse other collections, they seem to have quite a decent selection still.
