the list seems to be more geared toward popular, in-the-now, celebrities, etc. off your list, boateng would be closest to being in the current celeb-centric world (at least known), but he's not that known.

I'm a huge Bond fan and greatly looking forward to Casino Royale, but honestly here in the US I haven't seen enough of him off-screen to know how well he dresses.

All these "best Dresses" etc. lists are publicity stunts for upcoming movies/albums/books etc. There's no substance there.
