Cool rain jackets?

I'm looking for a parka length rain jacket with an internal waist draw cord. I'm trying to find bright, but not obnoxious colors, techy fabric shells. Waxed cotton is ok, but i prefer high tech stuff. Looking for the preppier, fratty-er look.

Looking at the patagonia eco but what else is out there?

how cool do you think you are? Here are brands that have made rain jackets I like:
  • Final Home (by Issey Miyake)
  • CP Company / Stone Island
  • Raf Simons
  • Patrik Ervell
Of those, I would say CP/SI and Patrik Ervell are "preppier." I have the feeling all of these are too cool for you, though. Of these, I would say that Patrik Ervell or CP/SI also have the best quality. I have not owned a Final Home so I can't comment on quality there.
