Cheap tailor in NY?

Technically not a men's clothing question... My wife wants to have some things copied. A skirt, a pair of pants, a dress. Not sure what yet, but nothing terribly complicated. As such, she's looking for a chinatown tailor (or equivalent) that can copy things at minimal cost. She used Dario for trousers before and Cardelino for a skirt and was relatively happy with them, but wants to try someone else.

Any recommendations or suggestions? I was thinking maybe Hong Kong Tailor Jack, mentioned in the last NYMag best of list.

My wife, who is Chinese and fluent in Cantonese and reasonably so in Mandarin, has not found a NYC Chinatown tailor with whom she is happy. She has had the copying done in HK by giving it to people when they go over and awaiting their return.

Yes I have been asked this question by several of my female friends and can never recommend someone to them.
