Business dress in Italy

Hello,

I am off to Milan in November on business. I will be visiting four equipment manufacturers (wine) and then attending a large convention of wine making machinery. What is everyday wear for Italian business men? I have never been to Italy on business, are there any tips you can provide?

Suit color : blue, black pinstriped or gray

Shoes : brown suede, black lace-ups

shirts : plain white , plain sky blue, white & blue pinstriped, gingham print (sky blue, blue)

ties : knitted, base colors (navy blue etc.)

pocket square : white

Navy jacket, charcoal pants, light blue shirt and striped or micro-flower printed tie.
Or checked sportcoat, gray wool or dark brown twill pants, same shirt and ties as above.
Or gray suit, light blue shirt and same ties as above.
Dark oak shoes.
