got one yesterday. there's a lot of fabric in this shirt if you still have that 15-year-old-boy physique going on like i do.

good call to whoever mentioned shrinkage. i am gonna do a hot-hot wash/dry and see. if i'm not pleased then, maybe i'll be putting it up on b&s.

I've been on a very slow wardrobe upgrade over the last year, and I'm trying to make myself focus on quality (and fit) or quantity. These BB ones may be a good deal today, but I don't want to have any regrets.

I don't know your measurements, but MTM is probably the way to go. By the time you buy the shirts and ultimately get it tailored if they aren't how you want them, you will spend more than if you had gone ahead and got MTM. Plus you're getting more options in fabrics and possibly non-iron materials.

I have 4 of the BB extra slim fits in 15.5 neck x 33 sleeve and ended up getting the waist taken in because I found it had too much fabric in that area (5'6", 31" waist). The chest was fine on me (I'm a 40S jacket).

I pulled the trigger and bought three shirts at 15.5 and 33. I don't have all my measurements so I took a gamble on it.

I read a somewhere in here that the sleaves run about 1" long, so I'm hoping that the 33 will be long enough. I'll post back about how it fits when I get them.

Not sure how the above poster has 33" arms but is only 5'6". Sort of makes me question my choice.

Well in the casual shirts M- medium fits great and in the dress shirt i am a 15.5 and 34 arm. I think they are very nice shirts. I got a casual M slim fit NON iron and boy - you wash that thing and hang it on a hanger and it's good to go...looks brand new NO ironing! I don't think they shrink if washed at the right temp and i do not feel they are blousy or have to much material. I am a 32 inch waist so reasonably skinny and the look good on me. Not lots of extra fabric anywhere. They have a nice gusset? (is that right??) on the back that gives a bit of give and take.

I guess you're referring to me, but yea, I wear 33" sleeves in these and am short. The sleeve length wasn't an issue for me and I don't think they run longer than listed. I can measure the sleeves when I'm home later tonight.

Anyone have experience with the supima cotton OCBD?

I ordered one in my usual size and it is a lot smaller on me to the point that I have to take it back. I measured the armhole from pit to shoulder and it is 1/2 inch smaller than the other (non OCBD) ones I have. Is this normal?

Funny--I ordered one of the Supima OBBs and returned it because it was about an inch wider pit-to-pit than the other extra-slims I own.

i just wanted to mention that i measured the neck on my "15.5" and it's actually 16. no wonder this neck felt too big. is this common on these?

I ordered shirts in the exact same size. Unfortunately for me, the sleeves are a bit too long and so I re-ordered 32s and will be returning the 33s.

The thing is I only tried on the supima OCBD, the only one of these I purchased, and assumed that the fit was consistent across fabrics/collar styles. Am I wrong? Are you guys finding variation among the different fabric/collar styles? Maybe I should try them all on.

FWIW, the white supima OCBC 15.5/33 has sleeves that actually measure 34.5".

between my shirt neck and your sleeve size, maybe their sizing accounts for lifetime shrinkage.

Looks like bb is having a semi-annual sale where you can cop 3 of these for 159, if I want to be a dick and save more can I stack any more savings on top of this?

Is the oxford cloth thick on these because I prefer a lighter oxford, hopefully they fit well when I go to try them on
