Right...

Another GMTO...

Album..

I ordered a few pairs several months ago as single made to order boots, the shop I ordered through I get on really well with the owners so if they like the order I said they can order a bulk in! They liked these...a lot!

I don’t work with Shoe Healer and pay for my boots the same as anyone else would. The way the world is now and with business on high streets getting harder and harder I think why not help others if we can?

These boots turned out fantastically. We can order a bulk order at standard UK prices, countries that are exempt from UK duty which is 20 per cent get that discounted on top, £445 (minus vat if appropriate). This includes free delivery and brass toe plates (if required. An option which I’ve negotiated for free) and Trickers branded shoe trees!

Spec..

Caramel Kudu Eaton (minus toe medallion).

4497s Last (standard Trickers boot last).

Brass Eyelets.

Green lining and pull loops.

Dark brown welt with white stitching, antique mid sole (like the pictures). This can be lighter or darker as Shoe Healer are cobblers.

Brown laces.

Light brown binding.

Double leather sole (brass recessed toe plates no cost option)

Will essentially be a carbon copy of the boot pictured here.

Expression of interest to..

[email protected]

We don’t really have a minimum or maximum order and the projected build is March 2021 if not before.

4497s is true to UK sizing, any queries, maybe I can help or email the guys and they’ll sort!

Thank you, Crafty. I think that’s a fantastic combo. Caramel kudu and leather sole, yes. Going to contact shoehealer.

Speaking of Northampton (well, actually, these AE Surreys really have nothing to do with Northampton, but Surrey's a lot closer to Northampton than it is to here, at any rate)...

Hey Guys. Just got these Santoni boots that I've been eyeing for a while. They fit great, look great, but my only question/concern is about the tall soles.

I'm tall as it is. I'm used to boots giving a bit more lift than shoes but I'd say these are almost a half inch higher than even my other boots (CJs, AE). But these are more rugged so maybe that's part of the style.

What do you guys think? Would you keep and wear especially for more casual needs, or is it a deal breaker? Figure I'd see what others think and then make my decision. I'm sure the sole will wear thinner after some time, but man are they thick!!

They're thick, but I think it goes with the style. Keepers.

^ Wish that caramel Eaton were polo or sign... caramel is the one color of kudu I already have in the rotation... Great looking boot though
I love sign. We did an mto of that on Ridgeway which was lovely. Polo is being discontinued. I think it would look top class. The latest batch of caramel was far darker than previous versions and I’ve asked that the boots mirror that. Lovely rich colour. I had a polo Chelsea which was absolutely beautiful but half size small (took a chance on sale and it didn’t work!).

I remember seeing your sign version posted at some point, loved that one. I must have missed the organizing somehow, wouldn't have been able to resist. Darker caramel... well then maybe I need to think about it!
