I paid $287 for a Helmut Lang suit which when arrived was clearly not new, though it had been listed as such in the auction description. I returned the item by overnight mail (to meet the deadline on their stringent return policy). They relisted the item (without any changes to the description) and sold for a higher price, yet I had received no refund. I then spoke to them on the phone and they assured me a refund would be issued the following day. No refund was made and I have been unable to receive a reply from them by email or been able to reach them by phone in the weeks since. Very frustrating.Originally Posted by bathtime
