I've been fortunate in that the items I've recieved from them have been in excellent shape. It is evident from their feedback however, that they send out flawed items. So it's a gamble. How's everyone's experience with their return policy been?

I have purchased several items from blondys. I have purchased BNWT suits, namely a Phil's 1908, very fine BTW. Also got a BN Bijan vest. Have picked up a nice Black Label Armani, also a Versace suit here as well. They consistently offer Brioni, Canali, etc. As others have stated, I agree that their quality control could be better. I have received some items from them that were in a lesser state of condition than advertised, and I have sent those things back to them for full refund. It is a bit of a hassle to have to repack and return an item, but to get a stylish and/or a very well made suit for 90%+ off is worth a bit of a risk, I'd say. I won't be totallt mad at blondys for raiding the thrift spots if that is as true as stated. I have picked off an item or two by going into a Salvation Army store every now and then. I have a mint, modern flannel wool Brioni that I was lucky enough to run across at the Salvation Army $18.98 at that. Funny to me was that it was parked next a JosA Bank, priced at $25. I laughed while picking up the Brioni.

They don't ship to Australia for some reason.

I've spoken to them about returns but never returned the damaged shirt I received. As I recall, their return policy is liberal but the time is very limited. I think it's within a week of receipt of the goods.

I paid $287 for a Helmut Lang suit which when arrived was clearly not new, though it had been listed as such in the auction description. I returned the item by overnight mail (to meet the deadline on their stringent return policy). They relisted the item (without any changes to the description) and sold for a higher price, yet I had received no refund. I then spoke to them on the phone and they assured me a refund would be issued the following day. No refund was made and I have been unable to receive a reply from them by email or been able to reach them by phone in the weeks since. Very frustrating.

They're probably too busy coralling those hapless thrift store workers. "That's my rack, I tell you!!"

You need to go through eBay then...
