He offered to send me the items through DHL as well, after I received a confirmation from the credit card company about them starting an investigation. I think it’s better to have my credit card company handle it than to negotiate things with Harry. I don’t have the patience anymore for that.
I sent him an e-mail and told him that If I get no tracking number or refund before the this friday, I will file a new chargeback. Probably this "DLH-option" was just another way of playing for time.

Well, apparently it’s a habit! As a one-person operation, I can understand that it can be a bit challenging to be “on top of things”, but it’s not fair of Harry to ignore customers after they’ve payed and placed an order for items on his online store.
I am a one man operation and I feel embarrassed not to answer customer emails within hours, let alone a day. No excuses.

It seems my story got an happy ending.

I sent my final warning to Harry and told the date when I am going to file the chargeback case against him if I get no answer.

Harry sent me scans from dispatch notes (right word for those papers you get when you send a parcel?) and told that he has sent me the parcel via DHL. Today I received my package from the courier.

I still do not understand that kind of customer service where threating with chargeback is the only way of getting any kinds of answers. It really is a shame because the quality of their products at first glance seems great and I would like to order from him in the future also if only they can manage to fix their customer service to tolerable level.
