What is the best movie, in terms of style, starring Paul Newman or Steve McQueen? Also, best movie of all time, style wise?

I haven't watched much McQueen but the cardigan and the turtleneck/blazer in Bullitt were both fantastic.

The Getaway isn't particularly well regarded, but I have a soft spot for it. Also, the Great Escape.

For Newman, I'm going to go with Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid.

McQueen was great in The Great Escape, Le Mans, Bullitt, and The Thomas Crown Affair
Newman was great in The Verdict, The Sting, and of course Cool Hand Luke

McQueen + Newman in The Towering Inferno was brutal....Apparently they both demanded to be "first billed" as well as have the exact same number of lines in the movie.

Le Mans is an underrated one, there was a lot of style in that movie.

As for Towering Inferno, I'd have wanted the least number of lines as possible - that's value for money talking
