Since I have no access to food network, I like BBC's Ready Steady Cook with Ainsley Harriott.

As for movies I like the last scene in Big Night (1996). I think the last scene goes 10 minutes + without a cutaway.

I want to watch some of Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall's shows. I treat The River Cottage Meat Book like a Bible. The first time I saw him make a guest appearance on The F Word I nearly jumped out of my seat.

It was just a cameo in the hamburger episode of In Search of Perfection. Blumenthal talks briefly, maybe less than 90 seconds of the actual show, with Keller. Nothing major, but thinking about those two working on something together is.... just wow.

I think I remember that...Keller made him a slider or something? Of course, he probably used wagyu.

Watching Beyond Boiling Point

Ramsay and a few other top British chefs (including Heston Blumenthal) go to Spain to visit Ferran Adria's (El Bulli) test kitchen, and then El Bulli. It's amazing to see Blumenthal being blown away by this, when just a year or two later he'll take away Adria's #1 ranking on that Perrier list. Seeing them getting drunk and ******* off at 2am is pretty funny too.
