True bespoke tailors are rare. A number may be found in large cities like New York and Los Angeles, but I would like to know which tailor, whether in New York or Nebraska, is your favorite. By tailor, I refer to one who is trained in tailoring and at least draws the patterns. In addition, another criterion is that the garments must be fully assembled on-site and not outsourced.

In addition, have any of you done business with Edgar Pomeroy in Atlanta, and if so, what was your experience?

banks - Pomeroy is not a tailor, and doesn't pretend to be. He's a designer, and employs a tailor at his shop. I've never used him, and so can't speak to the quality. His look is a rather British cut, with shaped but not exaggerated shoulders, and a fitted waist.
