It may be unfair, but I can't see any B&B "sale" without looking through the prism of their choice to eliminate VAT. For better or worse, they've, with the occasional exception, priced themselves out of being a smart purchase in the RTW market for me...but I may well be the minority in this case.

Yeah I think it was only live for a week or so, I missed it myself. Been waiting to see the F/W tailoring but it seems to be launching much later this year.

Their winter tailoring launched around BF last year. I checked my emails and they had 20% off accessories only. They did have 20% off shirt/knit earlier in November and a flat 20% off all in October.

Measure from the top of the waistband to the crotch seam between the legs. It's 12" on a size 32 for Berg. Yes, bellybutton

I'm on the hunt for some more substantial wool socks than the usual very light and thin OTC socks. How thin/ thick are B&B's ribbed wool socks? For some reason I think they look quite thick on the pictures. Anyone care to confirm or disconfirm my suspicion?

I think they are just like most others, they are made by bresciani I believe. Last year Drake’s has some 3 ply lambswool socks, again made by bresciani I believe but it doesn’t look like they are having them this year.
I managed to pick up some very similar in lambswool from Linnegaten this year, hope this helps
