In general I wouldn't worry about smoke outdoors, on the street in passing. If you live with a smoker or are required to be indoors in an establishment at which smoking is permitted, you are screwed.

As others have said, outdoor encounters should be of little concern, but in other circumstances, perhaps you could get a high end/bespoke smoking jacket.

what do you do with people wearing perfumes or automobiles that emit heavy smogs then? do you assault them with your umbrella or snipe them with your cuff links?

p.s., i would definitely smoke in front of you, just so that when you attack me i could burn cigarette holes on your garment.
