Are double monks cool anymore?

Not that I have been out on the NYC streets much in a year, but I am in the middle of a big shoe audit and wondering your opinion on the matter?

Thanks. Just looking for opinions as I have 11 pairs and need to edit.

if you’re truly over them and don’t like them, then I suppose that’s one thing. Because they’re just not seen as often as perhaps 10 years ago, then I wouldn’t get rid of them.

I saw a picture of young Prince Philip wearing suede monks with a flannel suit and it looked good, but he looked good in basically anything

but if you have 11 pairs this is probably just subjective

Fashions and trends tend to cyclical. Regardless, if you like your double monks wear them. I wear mine all the time.
