Alpha Industries Slim M-65 XS. $60+ shipping. Brand new; only tried on.
Amazon link with plenty of reviews: https://www.amazon.com/Alpha-Industries-Mens-Slim-Field/dp/B00MRW8DX0
For reference, I'm 6'1", 180lb. Chest is 41", moderately broad shoulders. This is fine for me unzipped (even then, only because of the shoulder gussets), but it's way too tight when zipped up all the way. Sleeves are not too short, but I'd prefer an extra inch at my height.
It would work best for someone 6' or under with a chest under 40". 5'8"-5'10"/37-38" chest would be a perfect fit and allow layering/a liner.
It's a fantastic, tough jacket. Not lightweight, but not very warm, either. It has buttons for a liner, but Alpha only seems to sell the non-slim M-65 liners. This one might be closer in size: http://www.alphaindustries.com/mens-field-coats/alpha-industries-m-65-defender-liner.htm
