I have gotten scratches on my cordovan Bradleys from sitting in vaguely similar circumstances.

grey was a great color. I turned down an opportunity to buy a PA because it was too formal, but I’d buy a strand! I’d love to see a Hamilton in gray

Since they're suede, give them a good hard sole flex to and fro. That will loosen up the soles enough to see if the heel slop will go away.

Are those Higgins laces?

Fabmania 3 or 4mm (I forget what AE are) rounds. I have them and AE rounds in all my boots; no flat laces remain!

Sometimes flat laces look good (depends on the boot) but AE round laces rock!

So today I was told if I could work a 14 hour shift, and I was ok with that. It's just two hours more than usual, but it turns out they want me to do it because some people in our office are sick and no one will be available until 8 AM in the morning. Covid is starting to get spread around way too easily now.

Love these! I was just finding out AE when these were being phased out. Wished I could’ve got a pair. I remember when there was a Strand in my size on the bank. Damn. Looks great!
