I am looking for a bag for travel

This one is $750.

This is $495.

I like this but the purpose is to hold my computer and some other things.
Anyone have experience with AE bags? Anything better?

I’ve had good luck w/ Saddleback Leather (though I bought my bags 7 years ago). Not nearly as refined but very durable.

These have been sitting in Mebane for like a year or two. I figured they had to be really gnarly not to be sold during a shell sale. I just got them to try for size and was going to trade in for chili on the next shell sale. But these are about as good as it gets for F2’s. I need this color in a brogue like I need a hole in the head but maybe something else will move on.

Looks lovely! You really outdid yourself today. Dimple is sharp and the peak lapels with the vest really turn that outfit up big time!!

What kind of look are you going for? Casual or more business? Are you looking for classic or modern? Elemental/minimalist or do you want flaps/straps pockets galore?

check out vintage hartmann on the 'bay (I think new hartmann is no longer american made). Saddleback is good and I'm partial to ColsenKeane (though it isn't everyone's cup of tea).

Hartmann NOS can be had on ebay and is pretty great

+1 on Hartmann - great stuff - I'm sitting on a Hartmann wallet that's been in my back pocket pretty much every day for ~16 years; it just keeps looking better.
