Don't know if anyone has visited the site Since1884.com, but I got an email last night announcing a 3-day 15 percent off sale on everything. If I read it right, there's free shipping to the lower 48 as well, which translates to a pair of Alden cordovans for $380 and change. Sweet. In addition to a full line of Alden cordovans, they carry AE. Unfortunately, couldn't have come at a worse time, as I am in the middle of buying another house -- of course I could default on the house deal, buy 3 pair of cordovans and move the family into a trailer park

When going to the website, make sure you click on the closeouts section. Â Sometimes there is an Alden shoe that may be just your size and it will be marked down and then an additional 15 percent given.
