Acceptable Motorcycle Bag For Business Casual?

I'll preface this post by saying I've know idea as to where I should begin this thread so feel free to move it to wherever is appropriate.

Anyways, I've wanted to start commuting to work more on my motorcycle but I can't seem to find an acceptable bag. I personally despise backpacks in any setting above the most casual. My normal work bag is a leather messenger bag which is plenty acceptable for my work environment and I also bring a small lunchbox (yes, I know pretty much all formality is lost when carrying a lunchbox but I'm working to resolve that somehow). When I drive, it's no problem to deal with those two but riding the motorcycle is a whole different animal. When riding, I just wear both of them as they have straps but it would be nice to consolidate things into a single bag. Like I said, I would prefer that it not be a backpack but I'm not certain as to my other options. My work environment is slacks and dress shirts but I still feel that a backpack is clearly inappropriate (but I feel as though sadly nobody would think twice about it...).

So perhaps someone has encountered a similar issue and has some great advice?¿? Although I risk sounding a bit hypocritical, I thought perhaps something like a waxed canvas or leather backpack that doubled as a bag of sorts that I could carry once I arrived might work well. Any thoughts? Thanks.

I've just used a Patagonia messenger for the past 12 yrs. It's practical but very informal.

Ah, those aren't too bad and they seem to offer a lot more room than the messenger bag I use when driving. In that I can basically fit a laptop and any documents required for the day along with whatever chargers and cables I need.
