Actually the more shocking fact is that, according to the article, only 13 restaurants in NYC still require a jacket. If that's true (and it doesn't sound right), it is a huge change. I mean, I remember needing a jacket in the restaurant at Shea Stadium of all places (and being lent a ridiculous looking light green one three sizes too big when I didn't have one.)
