ESEF Oris going for 245 now while the Skys are 285. Does that take it out of the "budget" denim category?

PM'ed someone on SuFu who is recognized as either owner of Naked and Famous or has some sort of business relationship. this is what he had to say about the Silk.

"The Silk Denim is great! I have worn a pair of the SkinnyGuy in Silk Denim for about 2 months with no wash... They are creasing and fading beautifully. The denim starts out raw but smooth and very soft on the inside. It also starts out a blue/grey and turns an even more beautiful blue with wear. The more you wear them the softer they get as well.

The silk makes the fabric stronger. Silk is more "durable" than cotton in the sense that it has a higher tear strength. (Even though that depends on the particular silk and cotton in question).

The 36.5in iinseam on the SkinnyGuy's really allow for stacking and have led to some nice crocking effects in the creases and folds of the fabric.

Hope that helps."

And I have to assume that the ESEF guys typo'd. Or they're selling crack with each delivery and doing it with their own product. I say this based off of other people's reviews of it, of course.

There is absolutely so much info and so many comparisons on this forum with 5EPxSF jeans that it just doesn't make sense to ask the same questions again. Just press the search button.
