For your consideration, I have three pairs of Epaulet Driggs in MTO English Drill Twill (10 oz).

Navy ($50)
Waist: 18.5"
Tag: 35 (Let out)
Inseam: Approximately 26.5" (See pictures to see fabric under hem)

Olive Drab ($100)
Waist: 17.75"
Inseam: 29" (See pictures to see fabric under hem - this one has the most)

British Khaki ($80)
Very soft hand.
Waist: 18.4"
Inseam: 27"

I am 5'9" and the British Khaki and Navy work well with no break.
