first link is probably fake, none of the links on that site seem to work.
I don't really see anything wrong with it though.
we wear the skin of other animals, we benefit from scientific research conducted on dead humans, doner organs are used to help people, etc. I dont really see why human leather is intrinsically wrong. it's just another use of an organ

Actually, we tend not to have daily contact with human remains. Y'know, same thinking behind why we don't wear shirts made of human hair or use utensils forged out of toenail clippings.

I'm not saying it's not irrational, but I am saying I am grossed out.

First of all, alle the links must be fake. No one will make gloves (come on, they got their name because the looked like a hand..)) of a human. And as someone already mentioned, we - humans - are repelled by contact with human remains (feces, hair, blood, corpses etc.) and have been it since the the birth of culture.

There is an article in today's Daily Telegraph about using fish to create electricity, quoting a Dr A. Pool and Gavin Roach from Universite de Poisson d'Avril in Paris. I didnt fall for that one either...

Carol Christian Poell made a tie out of human hair. The skins of tattooed individuals were often kept as displays in Japanese culture. There are many instances of using human products but I'll give you that it isn't common of accepted nowadays.

I was thinking a human leather watch strap would be interesting, but all their links are dead as previously mentioned.
