A completely hand-sewn large check jacket by Oxxford Clothes, the pride of Chicago.
This best fits a slimmer 38-sized chap.
The cloth is 100 % hairy wool which the maker calls Heathermist.
The jacket is in excellent condition throughout, I find no wear or smells.
Very soft shoulders, horn buttons, quarter lined, hand-sewn all over, notch lapels, one back vent, trim cut, just a single button on sleeves, patch pockets, full canvas structure.
Exact measurements: shoulder to shoulder 44.5 cm, shoulder to cuff 65 cm, pit to pit 50 cm, under the neck to hem 76 cm.
Similar Oxxford jackets sell for around $2500 in the US.
