Well, my Beaufort is made in England, but it's quite old. Don't know about newer versions...

Just got a Beaufort and hood from http://www.bestinthecountry.co.uk/. Very pleased with the customer service and price. Took less than a week to arrive at my door. Beauforts are still made in the UK.

Try Cox the Saddler. They are excellent for Barbour classics like the Bedale (not, however, for the newer pieces). Superfast shipping (at least to the US) and superb prices.
