Can you post pictures of the overhead shots, want better views of the toes. I assume of all measurements and fittings were done in Manhattan?

Sooner or later, probably sooner, portnay needs to change the title to "Today's Shoe Damage."

Hmmm. Guess there must be a reason I just asked Cleverley to make me up another pair of Adelaides (albeit in black calf).

Medwards...I actually ordered a black shoe myself on George's last visit. The punch cap on the chisel toe last. I also went for the round toe Norwegian made up in the wonderful rusty/burgundy stag suede.

Ah, after all, black is the new black.

Oh yes, and here are those black calf Adelaides they made up for me:

Congratulations, all look very well made, I do envy you (I'm such a small-timer). I don't really like the double monks, which has nothing to do with the craftsmanship, but only with personal taste, but the other two pairs, i'm really

...And I thought it couldn't get any better than those black Adelaide faux brogues.

Here's a quick shot of the rusty/burgundy stag suede (several shades darker in real life)I received this weekend. The black punch caps are still in work.

I do like those... Were they easily able to obtain stag suede? Do they expect it to get all cool and shaggy (like in Jun Kuwana's pics) over time? I really wanted shaggy stag suede...
