I guess it depends on what you are wearing underneath. I would say no. I’d probably wear it from 30-65 degree depending on layers underneath.

Maybe other can chime in on their experience with NR pieces and temps etc.

i wear the NR nesta regularly in low to mid 60s temps - but can wear no more than a t shirt under at that range
