Yeah, I saw that, but the list seems very thin compared to last year's so I had to ask. Looks to be fewer than half the number from last year's event. Correct?

There were 21 vendors last year, and 14 this year.

That was my reason for asking as well. Most of the vendors I spent any amount of time with are back, and I'm very interested in visiting Vanda, so it's all good.

Essentially, the more successful vendors opted to come back, and we added a few others we think could be good as well (@Shoehealer is a Stalwart on the forum and great for Trickers footwear, for example). There were also about 8 vendors who would have been there except for the time and date, which is about 2x the number the could not make it for the same reasons, last year. Unfortunately, not everyone can make every weekend. A few vendors were/are having separate trunk shows in NYC shortly before and after the show, but with no overlap in travel dates, etc...

Cheers,

Fok.

If anyone here wants us to bring a specific item/size to the trunk show, please send your request to [email protected]

Otherwise, we will not be bringing much stock to the event. Mostly try-on sizes and swatches for custom ordering opportunities.

Highlight this year was talking to @Ambulance Chaser and having a photographer come up to us to ask for a picture...of just AC. Ouch.

Great event. Left with a Vanda tie, some Epaulet high-rise trousers (ordered 3 custom pair), a Yellow Hook shirt (thank you so much Rob & Courtney) + a couple of YH ties I will be ordering as I arrived late and by the time I got back to them they were packing up. The Weller bourbon was great as was Rob's Four Roses so I left a happy camper. Thanks to all for making this a great event. If you keep throwing them I will keep attending.

I had a fantastic time. Thanks so much to @LA Guy and everyone else for putting this on. Ended up going in on some MTM trousers from Lanieri, and planning on snagging a Schneider Turtleneck from NWMA tonight.

Thank you @LA Guy for hosting the event, I really enjoyed the show.

It was fantastic to meet many of you - thank you to everyone who came up and said hi.

Special thanks to Yellow Hook Ties, whom were a pleasure to get to know today. Rob and Courtney are made of gold.
