Hey guys,

How do you size the Clyde Cotton Twill Trousers? I have a measured 34" waist at mid rise with a 13" thigh. Do I go TTS or -1?

Thanks Pete.
Which ones? Every pair of pants I have posted are likely RRL.

The pants in this great post:

Your post made me forget I had this tucked away in the closet.

Threw it on today. Pretty sick piece. Wearing in my super bad ass waxed flesh "feline" boots today as well.

Which RRL pant are they?

I got the same size as what I get in the officer rigid chino and it fits the same. Also got the same size as the slim office rigid chino. The sizing is consistent (for me).

As a side note, washing them for the first time after 2-3 months and lots of wears ...we'll see how it goes... I'll report back if anything major happens...
so...Just got them/the Indigo Corduroy Chino's out the dryer (after washing them inside out on the gentle cycle as the tag says to do) ...they are pretty much the same, no shrinkage I can tell, and the color is pretty much the same, I can start to see some fading on the belt loops and around the button-fly/crotch area like you do with raw denim...but other then that...they look pretty much

...pretty cool pair of pants...def. recommend them if people are looking to get them on sale next week...

..I'll post a pic in sec,,,

RRL outfit of the day ...post first wash Indigo Chino's - (not much different) - some fading around the button-fly, pockets, and belt-loops ...with Fall 15 checked CPO-shirt and the southwestern belt....hopefully the wash helps with the bleeding/crocking

...the shoes are some natural horsehides I got from epaulet I just received a couple weeks ago and remembered to wear the first time ...need to figure out how to darken them somehow...

I have and love my Officer chinos. I have the original tan, dark green and olive HB. All were rigid and my tan/khaki version is the oldest at almost 3 yrs now. They've been washed about 10 times and are nicely broken in and faded. I went looking for something a bit dressier and on a whim bought a pair of Bills khakis Bullard Field pants (M3/Olive) at Sierra Trading Post. They are a similar weight & thickness to the original Officer Chinos but are super soft.

I'm surprisingly pleased with them and picked up a second pair during a recent sitewide 50% sale at Bills direct. Not sure about the other twills but the Bullard Field pant is a beast of a chino and super comfortable. A decent option to the tan/khaki RRL Officer Chino.

These are actually from the Gap. I'm not sure if they still make them but a few years back they did these Selvedge pants with coupons you could acquire them for around $70. Pretty nice for the price.
