What model you comparing in particular? My guess is most the really popular models use the same last. The thicker soled models use the same last plus 1 additional layer of leather added to the heel and sole. Not 100% sure. My Guidi size is the same across the board for all current models.
I'm starting to think I need a 44 in Guidi (988 model)
I'm typically a 41.5/42/UK 7.5 or 8.5/9 (9.5 in Nikes)
Saw a pair of Guidi 988 in horse size 43 with an outsole of only 28.5 and 10cm width
That is some pretty narrow and short fitting boot.
Another thing you guys need to take into consideration is your instep on footwear. Guidi not only is super tight on my width but the instep really doesn't work well either on me.
^ and yeah I agree with Eck, that sounds extremely unlikely for a 43.
So tired of waiting for my 995s, 44 better ******* fit.

How to make sure of the instep? I don't want my foot to be crushed.
Aren't you a 9.5-10US? 44 will be either excruciatingly tight or won't fit altogether.
those are a few years old, guidi doesn't release side zips often and 550 is a decent price, however i've seen those particular guidi get sold 2x, i think there is a zipper issue with them, other than that they are fine. retail is almost 1k for something like that, or would of been back then...
size up 2...
this!
Toast- it's really something you just have to try on. It really, really is so hard to nail down footwear sizing if you have a high instep like me. What some other things that fit 'perfect' for someone won't be for you if they're flat footed and you have a high arch.
is that jet's SZ sale page? coincidentally they are both selling the same trickers in different sizes...
