yeah dude the frame on the 2140 is thicker and the sunglass frame does that forward tilt thing (idk you'd have to try em on to know what i'm talking about)
the 2113 is a little thinner and the lens is more rectangular rather than more square and doesn't do the weird tilt thing.

In short, they reduce glare making them more comfortable that non-polarized lenses. There are bunch of posts on SF regarding it and on my blog.
