Thinking about my first pair of Fatigues, either in navy or in olive, and just wondering what everyone's thoughts are on the Sateens vs ripstop cotton? They both seem pretty similar, but TBB has the navy in rip stop. Pros or cons to either?

Sateens have a little bit of shine to them, as opposed to the totally flat, but slightly textured ripstop. Really just depends on the rest of our wardrobe.

I also have a hard time finding interesting fits with navy pants (c4est from NMWA doesn't have this problem and he's much more apt at dressing than I am), as to where I could wear olive pants 7 days a week.

who here has the hartford jacket from fw10? is it basically an andover with extra stitching? i've only ever seen the grey one, but just grabbed one in olive wool off B+S.

kunk has one unless he returned

I tried the charcoal one back in fw10, and iirc fit was very similar to the andover but just slightly cropped
