Just got my 70s wash jeans from Lyonstate. Such a weird fit, love it. One of the button holes was still closes but nothing a kitchen knife couldn't solve. Can't wait to wear them

These guys are ******* crooks. I have been emailing back and forth with OL customer service for weeks now trying to get my money back.

Half the time they don't even reply to my emails...they just seem to ignore them. When I do get a reply it's always some bullshit like "Oh no we can't seem to find the package you sent back to us. Are you sure you sent it to the right address?"

I can promise they won't get another dime from me. I have never experienced such awful customer service, and that's saying something.

It was a paypal transaction.

I think their strategy was to delay me longer than 60 days so I couldn't open a dispute. Which they did. Seems like after 60 days they just stopped replying to my emails completely.

I'm just shocked at how a highly respected business could be this shady about something.

Just sent them the tracking or confirmation. What is this "offer to get them proof of delivery"? Does that mean you don't have it now? If so maybe it didn't arrive
