My last two WAYWT's were nearly monochrome.

Nothing wrong with monochrome but it would be nice to see gothninja looks incorporate a little more color. Nothing extravagant like bright orange, but it'd be nice to see more wine/burgundy/sand/light tan/deep navy that would go well with the monochromatic black, white, and grey (or maybe you disagree).

For instance it'd be cool to see Rick make more jackets in Burgundy or a deep rich blue (that looks black), a few of the red jackets have been so bright they bordered on costume.

EDIT: And I realize that some of these pieces do exist just not many and I don't see people wearing them much.

Just realized I was the one who posted it.

It's really not difficult, you basically pick every fit with more than 7 "likes", there's very little margin of error. (Would be great if every waywt with more than 10 likes was automatically posted here). Omitted some that weren't my cup of tea but good nonetheless, could probably remove some too... Anyway Let's bring that **** up to speed.

I'm 100% in favor of the 10-like auto-post, but only because my Ed Hardy/True Religion fit would end up here.

Julius does that, the high collar leather from last season came in a deep blue/black, but unfortunately only 30 were made in that color lol.


I actually really want it...

rick makes many in color man, look at kunks dust high collar for example...I think leathers in general are more practical to buy in black, imo Not many have the money to buy multiple so its the best option. Although, I do like the color options out there. Might get a brown/gray julius leather soon.

If you look in the flickr, it does have some fits with what you're asking for...I think you can definitely find a lot of color incorporation in fits still, but its just harder to make work, hah. You do make good points though, those colors have their place as well and should be present more. There is a lot of richness in the texture of the items bought so it makes up for the lack of color, though.

I mean in the end though its differing tastes, because just like how people are abhorrent to all black here, they are more inclined to enjoy some black. I mean **** style forums flickr would be be pretty unison in some respects as well (TOJ leather, etc).

Cool, can you show any examples? I'm serious, I know such colored items exist but they always seem super rare and never worn by people. I just think that a lot current designs in many great leather jackets would also work in dark blue, burgundy, or even a deep olive color. Just really anything that's not Black/Dust/Brown, I'm always done for more grey too (many Rick designs I think I would prefer in grey over black).

Ha is this sarcasm? Don't forget wine though, snake had a really great Julius v-neck (I think???) in a wine color that perfectly complimented his aesthetic.
