Great pants. You have a picture of the back? Not that I want to see your ass. I'm not Ed.

Damn great, great post! A trip to Naples and Budapest should be like a pilgrimage we should take at least once in our lifetime.

Nmoraitis, thanks for going through the trouble of sharing those pictures with us. That's a hell of a trip.

Ahh Budapest. I spent a few days there last year, in my pre-SF days, before I knew of Vass...kinda kicking myself now...

I really enjoyed your post. I love it when SF members share, in detail, their satorial journeys.

And, it sure makes me want to cash in all those frequent flier miles for a couple of tickets to Italy.

Awesome!! Thanks for the excellent report. How did you travel between the three cities? Did you go to Scafora? Did you need to make an appointment with Ambrosi?

Nice ties and pants - thanks for sharing. I love Prague. It's the 2nd most beautiful city in the world to me.

First, the ties are exquisite...very nice choices. Worth a repost.

Second, the Ambrosi trousers are fantastic. That is at the top of my list next year for my Naples trip.

Third, all the non-sartorial photos are fun, and you are generous to share them.

Yes, the temples are quite stunning. It's a beautiful drive to Paestum with lovely scenery.

I forgot to include a pic of one of my completed trousers.

Hi Nathanael

thanks for having wasted your time to talk about me and my father ...

You and your brother you're really nice guys ..

I don't, but I will try to take one and post it here.

Unfortunately, I didn't go to Scafora, but from what I saw, he really makes lovely shoes. I did make an appointment with the Ambrosi's, but I am not sure if it is necessary. Something I never mentioned in my original post was how patient Salvatore is with answering emails. I sent him a large amount of emails before I visited and he patiently answered every one. They are great people to deal with, as many here can attest to.
