^I think the fit is on point, sleeves look fine to me. What size did you go with and what is your ht/wt?

also, are the mercer tees the same material as the classic and u-necks?

What are your measurements? Based on the last pic, you prob could have sized up. It seems like it's fairly snug with it fully zippered. Size up wouldn't look big at all.

Looks snug to me, but if that's the first time you've worn it I'm sure it will stretch and loosen up after a week or two

I agree, the sleeves seem a little short. Also, the shortness of your shirt underneath kind of lends to the awkwardness. Width of the body seems fine. The length might be just a tad short. Did you go your normal sizing?
