They way they did it was so clever, from the previews, I thought it was Saul being killed in the forest and that lady was talking about Saul when she said he is the only one that knows the truth.

Can't wait to see how they monitor him and how they react to Carrie being right all along.

Only a spoiler if you didn't watch the 3rd episode. I don't believe in ruining things.

Really thought they got the real SD card and Saul didn't make copies to set up Saul and Carrie vs. the World. My big issue with this episode was the writers didn't convince me why Brody had to get the tailor himself. My only thought is Nazir wanted to bring in Brody so they could kill him if the video got out.

Not sure what was the purpose of that scene with a fake SD card getting taken away... Maybe it'll pop up again.

Re: Brody & the tailor - There have been a few things like that on the show, seemingly pointless, but that's TV, I would like to hope the actual secret service agencies don't operate like they are portrayed on TV!

Doesn't the scene with the fake SD card set up that they know what Saul has (they were obviously looking for it)? Now they know that he still has it, setting up the need to bring Brody in (via having him bring the tailor in).

whoever hid the card in the green bag realized that the bag had disappeared from the Beirut guy's apartment. No doubt with all the surveillance around them that the Lebanese know who Saul is and what he does, so they assumed he had the bag (or the card)

does this mean now that they're going to bring her back into the fold?

If they don't, she (or Saul) will bring her back into the fold. She will use her special relationship w Brody to go undercover with him (more sexy time) and try to get up the chain to Nazir (through the hot journalist girl).

When you say "more sexy time" why doesn't Brody sleep with his wife but he will with Carrie? Is this a Muslim thing?


Edit: Lets not forget:

• That couple, the blonde and the teacher, remember they put they flag outside the house, went to the safehouse and he got blown to pieces... They disappeared off the map but I'm sure they'll be back.
• Saul's reaction to the lie detector test when they had that guy prisoner...

There is a preview of Season 2 that has unanswered questions.. I'm gonna watch it now!

I'm kinda upset that Carrie f*cked it up... Would've like to have seen that theme played out a bit more... Can't week for next week though!

Brody is going to be a tough nut to crack.. Marine, Muslim, been through hell and back and changed his allegiances.. Going to be interesting.
