I'd need more detail to tell. From the age of the wearer and the rest of his gear, and judging that it's a little preppy, it's probably Lacoste, Le tigre, Polo, so something similar. Maybe check your local Urban. BDg has lots of things in that color scheme. I'm compelled to say that if I saw these two, I'd be inclined to bitchslap them, especially the guy, for his hairstyle and annoying expression.
