To address your question of if you are forced into a confrontation with the ex and as to what you can do I'd said looking up "Self Defence for the Average Joe" technique books or videos can help like this can help.


Like others have said tread carefully but I do hope the whole thing works out for you despite how mess up the whole situation sounds.
