I apologize for being lean. I box in the late spring to august, I'm at my fighting weight right now of 145 lb's. If I fought at my normal weight I would get demolished. Most of the time I'm 160 at around six percent body fat. I suppose since you don't like cardio you never played any sports, and hence never had to make weight.
This is really funny. Your workout routine is horrendous (as has been mentioned, did you c+p it from bodybuilding.com?). NO fighter I know worth his salt would ever use a routine like that. Your lack of lifts like DLs, snatches, cleans, etc. - aka the lifts that build power and speed - pretty much destroys any credibility your "boxing" could provide.

I'm at fitness center right now. Forgot to weigh me in the last 2 days but I did it now.
So the weight isn't as bad as I thought. 81,3kg. The ******* crap thing Is the body fat at 22%...

Did 10 min Stepper for warm up and will do now some excercises for chest, shoulder, triceps and upper back.

dont worry about it if you used a scale. those things are notoriously inaccurate (varies vastly depending on water intake)

there are pictures of people at various bf percentages online. just compare yourself in the mirror to those

i actually dont know if i had to guess 165lb at 10 to 12% bf. PRs were 405 DL, 365 squats, 225 bench, but I've been cutting so it's been going down. if i hunch over i can pinch some fat

So you have negative body fat when you go from 160 to 145lb or is half of your cut muscle?

Neat.

I am 5'6.5 at 60 kilos. I would say I am about 14% BF. Is that good?

you could gain more muscle. do you even have time to lift?

Hmm....I don't know. I like wearing XS BoO and 510s. Will lifting require me to size up on clothing?
