This is really funny. Your workout routine is horrendous (as has been mentioned, did you c+p it from bodybuilding.com?). NO fighter I know worth his salt would ever use a routine like that. Your lack of lifts like DLs, snatches, cleans, etc. - aka the lifts that build power and speed - pretty much destroys any credibility your "boxing" could provide.I apologize for being lean.
