B. Bear is wearing odd pents, and his fit is one of my faves so far. A little #menswear maybe, but I think he rocks it very well. Will get a vote from me.

damnit! my apologies, prof. i forgot to vote for you. :(

Playing safe is not just about dressing yourself in a simple and consistent way (which is what Stitches is defining as safe) nor it's about conforming to social institutions (which is what CM is defining as safe). It's both, dressing in a simple and consistent way, while being conservative (regarding the conservative business dress dress code, for example). My R$ 0,02.

Leaving aside the esoteric debate of what the meaning of is is, I'll say that I don't think that Clags (History's Greatest Hard Three) consistently dresses either conservatively or safely. He does seem to be taking fewer chances of late, though, and has really dialed in his fit, too. Nonetheless, some of those example fits were, as the good doctor would say, leery.

I was beginning to think I was crazy. Turns out, as usual, that I am just crazy good!

If I could have 10 different blue odd jackets, all subtly different, 10 different gray odd trousers, subtly different, white and blue shirts, and a collection of brown and burgundy ties, I could be happy.

Shoewise, two pairs of brown park avenue cordovan.

I'm talking about your actual wardrobe, not your ideal wardrobe, hoss. In any case, you're exceeding the mean by quite some margin.
