True. But I felt it would be disengenuous. Also, it wouldnt have won. I try not to enter a challenge with a fit I wouldnt vote for myself.

I had had a bit to drink. This also explains the bellyaching.

I have a few ideas in my head, but none that really have gripped my imagination (at least not for a challenge to be had in late August), so I am open to suggestion, either through this thread, or as a PM to me.

And no, Stitchy, the no-pants challenge is NOT a viable suggestion :)

Were this September or October, I'd be more inclined towards a challenge such as that, but as it's August, and at least for the Northeast, the weather is returning to August norms for temperature, I'd be more in favor of something seasonally fitting, "best summer look", or some such, but, as I stated previously, I am open to suggestion.

Don't remember who suggested it, but I liked the "Thanks, StyleForum, for a new, better me!" challenge which shows a fit that got blasted by the horde, reworked to make it successful.

That's pretty good. I don't have a fit that got blasted too bad, as I was careful to post. But that one, everyone can enjoy.

Lol, if that ends up as the chosen theme, what I posted today in WAYWRN could be my entry, though I'm not sure on the "made it successful" part [IMG]

Was gone all weekend and missed the voting window, but FWIW my vote would have gone to Roger and runner-up GMMcL for having the least-tasteless entries.
