I've heard alot of speculation over what diet is better, low-carb or low-fat. I agree with you that I eat too little, however there is no way my diet is atrocious.
I drink nothing but water, eat no chips/sweets, and usually focus on protein. I've lost 40 pounds, and 20 of it was before I started to go to the gym. Wheat crackers have complex carbs in them, aren't those good for you?
Wheat pasta, isnt that complex carbs too. I should have gone without the shepherds pie.
