all sneakers soles are glued on. The stitching is partly superfluous, but it does help to keep the leather from coming away from the sides of the soles (as often happens in chucks).

they will probably last just as long as normal CPs.

they're nowhere near as nice though.

I agree with you on both counts (i think i was a gum sole hater at first). Gum sole is nice, thin sole is dumb.

i think they're terrible and one of the worst CP designs.
